Welcome to Prius Offroad LLC. By purchasing products from Prius Offroad LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing, installing, or using any products.

Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery for new, unused, and unopened products.

Approved returns are subject to:

• Original purchase price refund minus original shipping costs
• A 20% restocking fee
• Return authorization approval prior to shipment

Customers are responsible for coordinating all returns via email before shipping any item back.

Returned products that are incomplete, damaged, modified, or missing components may receive a reduced refund or be denied entirely. Cosmetic damage incurred after delivery, including scratches, dents, or damaged powder coating, may result in additional deductions from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for processing.

Shipping Policy

Orders are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified during checkout.

Estimated domestic shipping times within the United States are typically 2–5 business days, though transit times are not guaranteed.

Flat-rate shipping promotions apply only to the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to retrieve the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for reshipment.

Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon shipment. Claims involving shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

International Orders

International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and compliance with local laws or regulations.

Prius Offroad LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.

Warranty

Prius Offroad LLC warrants fabricated products manufactured directly by Prius Offroad LLC against structural failure under normal intended use for the lifetime of the product by the original purchaser.

This warranty:

• Applies only to the original purchaser
• Requires proof of purchase
• Does not cover hardware, fasteners, consumables, coatings, finish wear, cosmetic blemishes, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, racing, competition use, negligence, or modification of products

Products that have been altered, improperly installed, misused, or used outside their intended application are not covered under warranty.

Warranty claims require the defective product to be returned for inspection. If determined defective by Prius Offroad LLC, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Issue store credit

Shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Cosmetic Disclaimer

Certain products, especially aluminum products, may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections including scratches, tooling marks, dings, or finish inconsistencies resulting from manufacturing, packaging, shipping, or normal handling.

Such cosmetic imperfections do not affect product functionality, strength, or durability and shall not be considered defects.

Vehicle Modification & Off-Road Use Disclaimer

Off-road driving and vehicle modification involve inherent risks.

Purchasers acknowledge that aftermarket modifications may alter vehicle handling characteristics, increase wear on factory components, affect safety systems, reduce reliability, or void manufacturer warranties.

All products sold by Prius Offroad LLC are intended for off-road use only unless otherwise expressly stated.

By purchasing, installing, or using any product sold by Prius Offroad LLC, the purchaser and/or user voluntarily assumes all risks associated with vehicle modification and off-road use, including but not limited to:

• Property damage
• Vehicle damage
• Bodily injury
• Death

Prius Offroad LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product.

Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prius Offroad LLC’s total liability for any claim relating to products sold shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall Prius Offroad LLC be liable for:

• Labor costs
• Vehicle downtime
• Loss of use
• Towing expenses
• Rental expenses
• Lost profits
• Incidental or consequential damages

Indemnification

By purchasing or using products sold by Prius Offroad LLC, the purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prius Offroad LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Product installation
• Vehicle modification
• Improper use
• Negligence
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

All Prius Offroad LLC products, designs, photographs, product descriptions, instructions, branding, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, commercial redistribution, reverse engineering for commercial manufacture, or resale of proprietary designs without written permission from Prius Offroad LLC is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms grants any license or ownership rights to Prius Offroad LLC intellectual property.

Installation Responsibility

The purchaser and installer are solely responsible for ensuring products are installed safely and correctly.

Improper installation may result in vehicle damage, serious injury, or death.

By installing or using any product sold by Prius Offroad LLC, the user acknowledges they are doing so at their own risk.

WARNING: Certain products sold by Prius Offroad LLC may expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of products sold by Prius Offroad LLC shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Modifications to Terms

Prius Offroad LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or products following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
